Router Radius and Chamfer Templates

Designed for speed and simplicity, these router radius and chamfer templates simplify corner profiling, producing consistent and accurately sized radii or chamfers on the corners of your projects. Requiring no tape or clamps, these templates quickly self-align into position over the corners of your workpiece and provide a guide along which your bearing guided flush trim router bit will follow.

The set consists of 2 templates, a radius template with R15, R20, R25 and R30 radii, and a chamfer template with 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm chamfers. A central locking thumbscrew quickly releases each template from the holder, allowing you to seamlessly switch between sizes of radii or chamfer. CNC machined from aluminium to exacting tolerances, the templates lock solidly in place within the holder with zero play, to ensure a flawless, consistent finish at the router table.

Incredibly easy to use, simply place onto the corner of your workpiece, butting the edge guides up against the corner edges. Once positioned, use the finger grip to hold the template in place with one hand whilst guiding the workpiece across the router table with the other, softening and enhancing the finished look of your projects. ©
